Tim joined the Seymour team in 2015 as the Associate Director, and oversees all Operations functions in the clinic. A graduate of UBC, Tim has over 35 years of experience in senior management and ownership of businesses in diverse industries. He has an extensive background in financial administration, HR, policy development, and strategic planning. In every role he has taken on, Tim has always been committed to ensuring the highest standards of service delivery are achieved. In addition, he is a past president of Vancouver’s Arbutus Club, one of Canada’s finest premier Private Clubs with over 8,000 members, and spent 9 years on the club’s Board and Executive. He is married with three children, and resides in Vancouver.
Dr. Melanie Mason has been a practicing family physician for 20 years, and she was a medical instructor (University of Ottawa, Department of Family Medicine). She received her Bachelor of Science (McMaster, 1991) Doctorate of Medicine (University of Ottawa 1995), her CCFP (University of Ottawa, 1997), Masters of Education (Medical Education, OSIE 2000) and has been a Fellow of the Canadian College of Family Physicians since 2007. She was an assistant professor at the University of Ottawa from 1997 until 2005.
Sabi Bining is the President and CEO of Bining Healthcare Inc, which owns Seymour Health Centre Inc est. 1937; and West Care Medical Limited est. 1996. The respective companies operate in the areas of Primary and Respiratory care. Mr. Bining brings over 18 years of Entrepreneurial leadership with direct experience in Management, Consulting, Banking, Finance and Operations Management.
Sabi provides the overall vision for Bining Healthcare Inc. He works with the executive management team to establish the overall direction and the long-term strategy of the company. Sabi is a strong believer in customer-service driven culture. He believes in understanding each customer’s needs and creating long-term partnerships with them as those needs evolve. Sabi is dedicated to creating Health Care infrastructure that can deliver patient and customer care in the most cost-effective and efficient way possible, while supporting the work-life balance of our health care professionals. Sabi is committed to bringing new technologies to Canadian healthcare that can improve the delivery of patient care and overall health outcomes.
Sabi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Northern British Columbia and Double Major in Marketing and Operations Management from British Columbia Institute of Technology.
He supports the Dr. Njenga Foundation for children living with HIV and AIDS in Kenya running two orphanages that provides school supplies, clothing and shelter to 22 orphaned girls. This foundation also does local work assisting individuals living in poverty in East Vancouver to get access to food and clothing. Mr. Bining is also a strong supporter of the local Kinsmen Foundation of BC.

Kyle, an industry expert and serial entrepreneur, is the founder of LinkPoint with over 20 years of experience in programming, computing, infrastructure and cyber security. He has over 15 years in business management and development.
Kyle formed LinkPoint (formerly DCS) in 1999 in response to progressive changes towards competition in delivering IT consulting and support. This new venture supported his continued involvement in developing value innovations in the technology space. LinkPoint was initially formed to support IT needs in the transportation industry; the company soon transitioned to consulting and support IT initiatives across many industries, developing software products required to meet the growing needs of integration across platforms, and providing research and development of unique opportunities based on value innovation principles.
Kyle leads a diverse group of professionals in his quest to continue delivering innovation and value to an impressive list of clients. His vision, ambition and dedication in serving LinkPoint’s clients is what the company hinges its success on today.
Luis is a CPA with several years of experience in financial reporting, budget preparation and variance analysis. His background is in mineral exploration and financial management and he recently joined the medical equipment and patient care field. Luis contributes to the community as a volunteer with MOSAIC and until recently with the Richmond Caring Place Society. He holds a CPA, CMA designation and is a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants Society of British Columbia.
Doug Colbert is the Director of Sales. His career includes service with the Canadian Military, construction foreman and a 28-year career in healthcare.
Doug has worked in many areas of the healthcare system including sales, service, and management.
Doug has been awarded many National and International sales and management awards throughout his vast career.
Doug has substantial executive experience – managing service and operations nationally and internationally.
Through his experience and education, Doug has developed a keen sense of sales and management expertise. He has had the opportunity to participate and teach a variety of sales and management courses, workshops and seminars that has allowed for a broad resource base on which to build his career.
As Clinical director and owner of Bining Health, Sunny Bining provides executive leadership and tactical oversight for the patient experience portfolio. Mrs. Bining is a big believer in patient-centred and team based care. She ensures the improvement of health service quality, strategic and tactical clinical expansion and policy and procedure development. She leads a team responsible for creating, expanding and sustaining the infrastructure of Bining Health.
Sunny has 15 years of nursing experience in a variety of health care settings. After graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology she worked in the areas of surgical and ICU nursing. She has offered voluntary nursing services in hospitals and orphanages in Mexico, Zimbabwe, South Africa, and Swaziland. Sunny also has extensive experience in Public Health and community prevention nursing.
